Very Zen with a wonderful view of majestic mountains
The hosts went over expectations with a welcome gift to make us feel special. The outdoor space was detailed as there was much space to relax and enjoy. Inside was clean and hosts gave us plenty of ways to enjoy the house as well. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and did not want for anything more.
Great desert oasis exactly as listed
Had a great stay at this beautiful property. The pool area is especially a highlight and well appointed looks just like the pictures. Communication was easy and check in easy as well. They went out of their way to accomidate our needs. Enjoy this great spot.
Unique getaway
We wanted an extended getaway in the desert and chose this home. First, the host is the best. Extremely responsive and has pride of ownership. The home has everything you could need. Very well stocked. Great mountain views and the backyard is everything that you see in the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can have a good night's rest in peace. Comfortable bed (we only used the master bedroom). The house was very well equipped so we often hung at there.
Little details
We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Koi Springs! Our kids loved the pool, the many games, and the novelty of sleeping in bunk beds. The house is super clean and very comfortable. We spent endless hours in the backyard in the pool, hot tub, and patio area. Biljana and Frank's effort at the little details is where the house definitely shines - chocolates on each pillow, extra bathroom supplies, great kitchen amenities (there were even sharp kitchen knives), the list could go on. Our son, who celebrated a birthday while we were there, even had a birthday card and extra chocolates waiting for him when we arrived! Koi Springs is highly recommended if you're looking for a place to getaway!

Koi Springs is a beautiful house. The pictures are gorgeous, but the house is even better! The house is beautifully decorated with all kinds of thoughtful touches like extremely comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, and bathroom amenities in case you forgot. But it’s the outside that really shines. The pool is warm and large. Our boys spent a solid 4 hours/day in the water. When they weren’t in the pool, there were plenty of games to keep them busy: ping-pong, darts, cornhole, monopoly, and chess. They loved the karaoke! This home is really a vacation paradise! Biljana and Frank are terrific hosts, with clear and almost immediate communication. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. You can’t go wrong with KoiSprings!

Second stay
Koi Springs is perfect! We’ve stayed twice and this trip was even better than the first. The hosts do a great job of continually improving the amenities. Our son had an amazing time with the pool and fun games. No better option in the desert.
Zen vibe
We really loved our stay at the koi hot springs home! We intended to spend more time in Joshua Tree, but my husband's work interfered and the backyard oasis was so nice we didn’t mind spending more time in. The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated and the sunset views of the mountains kept us in a zen vibe all weekend.It was great to have a smart TV so we could log in to our various accounts and watch everything just like at home, especially with a little one who can’t live without a daily viewing of frozen:) Lastly, my favorite touch was the robes, I know my husband's favorite parts of hotels are room service (which I provided, lol), pool time, and lounging in a robe. This was far better than a hotel:)

Our stay was amazing! The house had plenty of space to hang out, the backyard was gorgeous, and we loved the pool. This home is exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay again!
Perfect getaway
This was the perfect getaway for a low-key weekend. Spent most of the time just lounging in the pool on floats provided by the hosts. Grilled, read books in the hammock, napped in the lounge chairs. There are plenty of nearby markets and restaurants, so as long as you aren’t looking for a night out on the town, this is the spot. Amazing amenities in the house, kitchen is very well-stocked, robes & slippies provided, as many towels as you could ever need, and a super easy clean-up/check-out. And the koi are beautiful!
